Missing Microsoft Learn Badges for Applied Agentic AI Program

Use this checklist to troubleshoot missing badges on the Learn profile:

1. Go to the Learn profile at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/ and check both:
   • Achievements for Learn badges, trophies, and XP
   • Credentials for certifications and Applied Skills
2. Confirm the correct Learn profile is signed in.
   • Missing achievements or credentials can happen when multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts.
   • Try signing in with any other Microsoft account, work account, or school account that may have been used during registration or program activity.
3. Review whether the badge is expected to appear on the Learn profile.
   • The Learn profile shows Microsoft Learn achievements in Achievements.
   • The transcript includes active certifications, exams passed, Applied Skills credentials, and training modules completed.
4. If the expected credential still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional assistance with missing credentials.
5. If the issue is specifically about badges shown in a Microsoft 365 profile card, those badges are managed at the issuing source, not in Microsoft 365. In that case:
   • Check the badge on the issuing platform
   • Ensure the issued-to email matches the Entra email ID
   • If still incorrect or missing, contact the tenant administrator
