Community Management API — identity vetting fails for a newly incorporated LLP not yet in third-party databases
I'm requesting help with a Community Management API access denial caused by identity vetting, which I believe is a false negative that automated checks can't resolve.
App Client ID: 86kxgs467irhz4
Associated Page: linkedin.com/company/selfmindapp
Denial reason: "Identity vetting failed — unable to verify that your organization is a legally registered, active entity."
The issue: my company is a legally registered, active LLP, but it was incorporated very recently (2 June 2026), so it does not yet appear in the third-party commercial business databases used for automated verification. As a result, every appeal I submit through the Vetting Appeal form is auto-rejected for the same reason, with no human review.
The entity is fully verifiable on the Government of India's official Ministry of Corporate Affairs registry (mca.gov.in) using LLPIN ACY-9176. My developer business email is a verified company-domain address, and the app is linked to our verified company Page.
I've tried the Vetting Appeal form multiple times, and a support case that was repeatedly routed to the Pages/Marketing team, who confirmed they can't action API vetting. Could someone from the LinkedIn Developer Platform team please manually verify my entity against the MCA record and re-run identity vetting? Happy to provide the government Certificate of Incorporation through any secure channel. Thank you.
Note for moderators: this concerns the LinkedIn Developer Platform — Community Management API (identity vetting / API access), not the tagged category. Please re-tag to the correct LinkedIn API tag if one exists. Thank you.
