These are all far too small to read. How do I fix it

If this problem is only in the Office apps like Word, there is only one setting available in Word that may help

Try using the method provided in this link to switch from Mouse to Touch controls in Word.

That should make the ribbon controls bigger.

If that does not resolve the problem, the only option would be to increase the Scale percentage on your screen, but this change will make everything on your screen larger.

Right click your Desktop and select Display Settings.

In there, you can increase the Scale percentage on oyur screen.
