Strange 5GB+ files popping up on Local Disk

A few days ago, I noticed these files in my local disk. They take a ton of space, around 63GB in total, and all have weird file types. I couldn't get any information on the specific type of file format and what's stranger is that they all start with "tmp" which would imply it's a temp file.

I wanted to get a solid answer before deleting them as I know that deleting files randomly on local disk can cause some issues.

The files in your screenshot all seem to be temporary files, before deleting those files, what is the full folder path to the folder that contains those files, please provide a screenshot of File Explorer, showing the files and the address bar at the top.
