I need to cancel a business subscription to Vizio Plan 2 .. I have been attempting to do so for 3 weeks wth no luck.

User Name: DPix

Domain: LBKB.onmicrosoft.com

Expiration: July 31 2026

e-mail: where I received the billing statement [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@gmail.com

@gmail.com>. Your Visio Plan 2 subscription will renew soon

Because recurring billing is on, your Visio Plan 2 subscription will automatically renew on July 31, 2026. The charges will appear on your next invoice.

To turn off recurring billing, change your payment method, add licenses, or cancel a subscription, go to the subscription page in the Microsoft 365 admin center. To learn more about self-serve cancellation, see Cancel Your Subscription.

To cancel a subscription within the cancellation window, contact support.

I can't access the account - and when I try, it reverts to my personal account under my Gmail.

I no longer own the computer and can't use the program.

I have attempted to resolve this numerous times, but even when I get to talk to a real person, I get no help.

I really want to be able to use vizio but not on the current computer or under the current user name:DPix.

No instructions or real people have been able to assist me!

Please cancel my Plan...I am the Admin but I can't get in.

Thank you

Lindsey

    Hi @Lindsey Bartlett,

I understand that you are trying to cancel your subscription but are unable to access the admin account. As you mentioned that you are the only user associated with this business, I understand how important it is to regain access to manage your subscription.

As a first step, please try signing in using an InPrivate/Incognito window or a different web browser to determine whether the issue is related to cached credentials or browser settings.

If you are still unable to access the account due to MFA issues, or if you are repeatedly redirected to a personal account instead of the admin account, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance. They can investigate the account status and review the exact sign-in behavior with you directly.

Please refer to the following Microsoft article to find the appropriate support phone number for your region and contact the frontline support team, who can create a support ticket on your behalf:

Please feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if you have any further questions. I'll be happy to assist further.
