Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
Use this Partner Center path to determine the current state and unblock enrollment:
- In Partner Center, go to Account settings > Legal info.
- Check the overall verification status.
- Authorized means verification is complete.
- Pending means verification is still in progress.
- Rejected means verification failed and may allow an appeal.
- On the same Legal info page, open Verification Summary.
- Review each detailed verification step.
- In Progress means Microsoft is reviewing and no action is needed.
- Pending Partner Action means more information is required and must be submitted there.
- Rejected means the check failed.
- Confirm the account and program prerequisites that control access to user management, workspaces, and related pages:
- Vetting status must be Authorized.
- Program enrollment must be Active.
- Required agreements must be accepted.
- If any of these are not complete, Partner Center can prevent role changes, disable workspace access, and hide or disable actions.
- Since the account is already confirmed as Global admin, that role can start enrollment and complete verification. Other roles that can complete verification after enrollment starts are Compliance admin and Account admin (MAICPP-specific).
- If the verification state remains Pending for more than five business days, create a support request in Partner Center.
- If the Partner tab is missing under Account settings > Legal info, the documented guidance is to contact the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program partner admin to check MAICPP status.
Based on the described symptoms—blank Legal info and Identifiers, no workspace under My access, and no visible MAICPP status—the most relevant documented cause is that the organization profile is not yet in the required state: vetting not yet Authorized, enrollment not yet Active, or required agreements not yet accepted. The next actionable check is Account settings > Legal info > Verification Summary; if that remains unavailable or the status stays Pending beyond five business days, use a Partner Center support request.
