Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Hi Kaye,
Good day and thank you for posting on Microsoft Community.
In New Outlook, you can create a Search Folder for unread messages across your mailbox:
- Open the Folder Pane on the left side of Outlook.
- Scroll down and expand Search Folders.
- Select Create new Search Folder.
- Choose Unread email as the criteria, give the folder a name, and select Create.
- If required, right-click the new Search Folder and choose Add to Favorites so it stays easily accessible.
This will give you a folder that displays unread messages from across your mailbox, similar to the behaviour available in Classic Outlook.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I am looking forward to your response.
