Microsoft partner’s service concern

I have been working with this partner to renew Office 365 email services for my client, but their performance has been consistently unsatisfactory. • Provide me with a clear pathway to renew Office 365 subscriptions directly with Microsoft, bypassing the partner, so that I can ensure timely and reliable service for my client.
