App Insights blade disabled on Linux App Service (Node.js 24). Telemetry working. Need support confirmation and workaround

Issue Description:

We are using a Linux Azure App Service running Node.js 24. After upgrading the application runtime to Node.js 24, the Application Insights integration blade under the App Service has become greyed out/disabled.

The Application Insights resource is properly configured, and telemetry (requests, dependencies, logs, etc.) is being collected successfully. The application is functioning as expected, and monitoring data is available when accessing the Application Insights resource directly.

Our concern is that the App Service Application Insights integration blade is no longer accessible after moving to Node.js 24.

We would like Microsoft to confirm:

Whether the App Service Application Insights integration currently supports Node.js 24.
Whether this is a known limitation or product issue.
Whether there is any supported workaround to re-enable the integration without downgrading the runtime.

The current Application Insights integration experience in Azure App Service does not yet support Node.js 24 on Linux App Service. As a result, the Application Insights blade within the App Service portal may appear disabled or greyed out after upgrading to Node.js 24.

This behavior is limited to the portal integration experience and does not affect Application Insights telemetry collection. As observed in your environment, requests, dependencies, logs, metrics, and other telemetry data continue to be collected successfully and remain accessible through the associated Application Insights resource.

At this time, there is no supported workaround available to re-enable the Application Insights integration blade while remaining on Node.js 24. Monitoring can continue through the existing Application Insights resource, where telemetry collection remains fully operational.

Support for Node.js 24 in the Application Insights integration experience is being rolled out; however, a timeline for availability has not been published.

Since telemetry ingestion and monitoring functionality remain operational, no additional action is required unless direct access to the App Service Application Insights integration experience is specifically needed.
