Hi, I purchased my PC in 2019 and today, I changed my M.2 boot drive and graphic card, and update the OS from Win 10 to Win 11. When I tried to activate Windows 11, I looked at the package of my Windows 10 that I purchased looking for the product key. It says "Gently Scratch to Reveal Product Key". So I scratched the pink area but nothing appeared.

Would you tell me how/where to find my product key please?IMG_1682 (1)

Hi, let me help you.

The product key isn't located beneath the pink layer. Instead, it was printed on a detachable label that was intended to be removed and affixed to the computer during setup. Please try to look for the tag with the product key on your computer.

The pink material serves only as a release coating, making it easier to separate the product key label from the backing without damaging it.

You can verify this by carefully lifting the remaining section of the label above and to the right of where the product key label was. You'll notice that the same pink coating extends underneath that portion as well, indicating it is part of the backing rather than a cover concealing the product key.
