For Microsoft Learn content, a completion certificate is not issued. Microsoft Learn awards badges for completed modules and trophies for completed learning paths. If this was an instructor-led course, the completion badge is typically claimed by redeeming an achievement code provided through that course.

For the issue described, use this check path:

    1. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile.
    2. Open the Learn profile and check:
      • Achievements for badges and trophies
      • Credentials if the course issued a credential
      • Transcript for recorded completion history
    3. If the course was delivered through an instructor-led program, confirm that the code was issued for that specific course and is still valid. Codes that are invalid or exhausted can fail to apply.
    4. If the badge or completion still does not appear, contact the course provider or Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with the missing credential.

Relevant details from Microsoft Learn support:

    • Achievement codes are provided for instructor-led courses only.
    • If a learner sees errors such as “Code has reached its maximum” or “Achievement code not found”, the code is no longer valid and a new achievement code must be generated by the provider.
    • If expected exams or credentials do not appear on the Learn profile, first confirm the correct login account, then contact Microsoft Credentials Support if needed.
