Windows Insider Program build expiring but unable to turn on optional diagnostic data.

I am receiving an error message that my version of Windows from the Windows Insider Program will expire next month. When I go to the Windows Insider Program in Windows Update to see what I need to do I see a message "To manage the Windows Insider Program settings for your device and allow it to stay in the Windows Insider Program, you'll need to turn on optional diagnostic data. Open Diagnostics & feedback"

When I click that I get messages saying "Some of these settings are managed by your organization.", "Your organization prevents sending diagnostic data to Microsoft.", and "Your organization prevents sending optional diagnostic data to Microsoft, which means you won't get Windows Insider builds. Contact your organization's support person for more info." This is happening on my home computer and not on my work laptop, so there should not be any software or configurations from my work prohibiting me from turning on sending diagnostic data to Microsoft. I would expect this from my Work laptop which is encrypted and configured for use with the company I work for Cox Automotive, but not for my personal desktop that I use at home for gaming etc. I wonder if logging into my Workday to get my pay stubs and tax info caused my company to lock up stuff on my personal system. Please help, I would like to keep the Windows Insider builds on my home system and not have my Windows 11 install time out next month. Thanks.
