I cannot sign out my old university sign up

Hi team, I have signed out from microsoft word from my old university account. Yet when I try to sign in, the university login box pops up; I can't even go back to sign in with my email. I just bought a subscription using my personal email, but the thing is the word looks like it hasn't been signed out properly since I can see the previous history docs. The sign-in button keeps on loading and only works when i try to hover the cursor trying to close it. And when somehow it gives me a sign in option, an error code comes up. like below-Request Id: 4b2f3a59-c212-484e-8bf6-15d039962e00

Hello,

You want to remove the old university account from macOS

Select Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access.

Right-click the account that you want to remove.

Select Delete [account name].

Then please use the instruction here: https://support.microsoft.com/office/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac-b032c0f6-a431-4dad-83a9-6b727c03b193 Download and run the license removal tool to clear the cached organization credential, this should then allow you to sign in using your personal Microsoft account.

If for any reason it still doesn't work, I need to know your macOS version, because it can be a separate issue that's also going on at the same time.
