Excel row headings changed!

In excel, all my worksheets have changed the row heading to numbers from letters. I dont want this, how do I get it back to original settings

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | Other | Windows

In Excel, go to File > Options.> Select Formulas.

Under Working with formulas, clear R1C1 reference style. See if that helps.
