Good morning,
I would like to inquiry is in how on March of 2026 I made a payment of $99 renewing my personal Microsoft and today in order for me to utilize it I had to Pay again. My subscription does not end until March of next year.

I hope you didn't pay yet... because this may not be a subscription issue.
There was some recent digital license certificate update on Mac devices, and it triggered a lot of issues.
In order for me to know your options for next steps, I need to know
What is your macOS version?
Is your office product purchased from Microsoft or from Apple?
