Retrieve a Word file inadvertently deleted

I cannot find a Word file that I have been creating. It was set to autosave, so I believe it must be on iCloud somewhere, but don't know where to look.

    Log into your OneDrive account on this link with your Microsoft account details to check if the file is available there, and also, check the online OneDrive Recycle Bin on this link.

    If the file is not available there, if you use Apple iCloud to sync your files, log into your iCloud account on this link to check if the file is available there.
