Unable to link my account to Azure while trying to apply for mlsa

Unable to link my account to Azure while trying to raise a support ticket it is giving authentication error and says add this account as external tenant first and trying to do so it was showing you do not have access how to resolve it.

Please can you sign into your account on the Azure portal setting page here: https://portal.azure.com/#settings/directory

If you look at the current directory, under directories, it should tell you what tenant/directory you are currently signed into.

Please can you tell me what tenant you are currently signed into?

When you say you are trying to link your account to Azure. Please can you explain what you are trying to do?

I am unsure if you are trying to create an account, link your Azure student subscription to your Microsoft Student Ambassador subscription on the MVP portal or if it is something else you are trying to do.
