I'm trying to recover my bitlocker key for my laptop and when I try to login to my account and navigate to the recovery key section the page gets stuck in infinite loop trying to authenticate.
I'm able to login to my account see my devices listed, but the issue starts as I go to bitlocker recovery page.

Facing the same issue, my laptop crashed and aking for recovery key but I am unable to retrive it as page keeps getting looped trying to login.
I have more than 600GB of free space in onedrive

I got the same issue, my laptop crashed saying restart failed and no options that don't require recovery key is working, but other options require recovery key and the website will not load, like it will endlessly loop on "processing authentication"

Any updates? Or ETA on how long it will take to fix?
for me I was sick on the blue troubleshooting screen, so I had to reinstall windows, took like 5hrs

Same issue! I thought it was my device as I am using my laptop to try and help retrieve a Bitlocker key for a family member's computer. Tried the site on my phone as well. I put in all her MS login information and then it just endlessly loops but will NOT load. So frustrating. So this is a microsoft issue??

I am having the same issue. Every time I tried to log on with my computer, the page kept flashing. I finally log on to the recovery page with my cell phone and got my Bitlocker information with no problem.

After four days and trying everything it could come to my mind and my friend's mind, it finally worked with changing the Microsoft-Account password with a stronger one. Then the page with the recovery key finally loaded. I hope it works for you as well. Keep trying regularly, at first I couldn't load the page to change the password either, but tonight it worked!

yes, I do have enough free space (more than 4GB available) in my account.

Same problem here, seems like it's been happening for at least 3 days, following your post. Without the key, I can't even access my laptop which I use to work. Hope they solve this problem soon.
