Hello, My Microsoft account linked to my Gmail (which I still have full access to) was hacked. The attacker changed my password and added their own recovery email. I received a message saying the password was changed, and now I am locked out. I have already submitted multiple recovery forms via https://account.live.com/acsr, but each time Microsoft denies the request, even though I can prove that I own the Gmail address and used this account on my own devices. The hacker added the email: du*****@dcpdrocas.com and changed the password . I still have access to my Gmail address and can verify identity through any method Microsoft requires. I’m requesting help to escalate this to the proper recovery team or support escalation. Please help me recover this account. I need access to it urgently. Thank you in advance

Account recovery is an online automated process, even if you are able to contact Microsoft Support, they cannot recover your account, they can only refer you to the account recovery form.

This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news,, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email... etc., then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
