I have completed a purchase for Microsoft Word 1TB monthly subscription via GOOGLE PLAY, but have not since revecieved the subscription

As title, I have paid the monthly sub but have not received the service. When I open any apps, whether on my phones or laptop, it still shows that I have no subcription please help to solve this quick. I bought the sub for this account I am using to write this

    Thank you for letting me know.

    Your plan is “Microsoft 365 Personal with trial.” The free-trial period is active first. When it ends, the paid subscription will continue automatically through Google Play.

    The trial and paid subscription include the same Microsoft 365 features, so the apps should already be fully available.

    If you are seeing any restrictions or an activation message in Word or another app, please share the exact message.

    Hi, @Lund

    Since the purchase was made through Google Play, please confirm these three things first:

    1. In the Google Play Store, go to Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Does the subscription show as Active, Pending, or Cancelled?
    2. What is the exact subscription name shown on your Google Play receipt?
    3. Which Microsoft account is currently signed in to Word? Is it the same Microsoft account you selected when making the purchase?

    If Google Play shows the subscription as active, sign out of Word and the other Microsoft apps. Close the apps, reopen Word, and sign in again using the Microsoft account linked during the purchase.

    Please also check whether the subscription appears under Services & subscriptions on your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services
