i purchased the home office. when i run the downloader installation it keeps getting stuck on running package scripts

To help narrow down the issue:
- Where did you download the installer, from Microsoft’s official website, the Mac App Store, or another source?
- Which license did you purchase: Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Office Home 2024?
- Where did you buy it, directly from Microsoft or from another retailer?
Also, does the installation stay on “Running package scripts” indefinitely, or does an error eventually appear?
