A cloud-based task management app from Microsoft that helps users organize and manage daily tasks across devices.
Hi, D Sharp
Since the same tasks load correctly in the standalone Microsoft To Do apps, on the web, and in desktop Outlook, the task data itself is probably intact. This looks more like an issue with the To Do integration in Outlook for Android, so the Copilot suggestion about a corrupted server dataset should not be treated as a confirmed diagnosis.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
First, update Outlook from the Google Play Store, then restart the phone. Outlook mobile receives regular fixes, and the latest documented Android build includes functionality and performance fixes.
If the problem remains, the best place to report it is directly inside Outlook for Android:
Open Outlook and select your profile picture.
Select the ? icon or Help & Feedback.
Select Contact Outlook Mobile Support.
Describe the issue and mention that reinstalling, clearing data, and testing other devices have already been completed.
This route sends the case to the Outlook mobile support team, which can collect app-specific diagnostic information and escalate it if necessary. Include the Outlook version, Android version, account type, and a screenshot of the loading message.
