i have made a purchase last week under ******@rejoicepro.com
it is a family package for microsoft office on macbook
since i used to work with my university account that no longer support office, everytime i try to log into my new account with ******@rejoicepro.com micrsoft 365 gives me an unknown error so are office applications.
i need help and i dont know what to do
