When does MS plan to rectify the bluetooth driver missing issue post windows update?

I am humbly reaching out to MS to please rectify the driver issues that arise post windows update. Why even release updates if they render the system unusable. There have been two cases I personally know a) Keyboard lighting on laptop ceased to function, b) File explorer and taskbar don't start up along with windows and c) Myself, where each time an update occurs (Which I have tried to stop manually but seem to magically update itself anyway) I have to reach into my driver backup and restore the bluetooth driver. Today is the 27th time I am doing this. I bought a PC to make my life easier and not spend an hour a day setting it up to work normally. PS I only have an hour and a half to use my PC every day after my day job.
