Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I'm using Windows 11 and I am completely updated. I use HP Officejet Pro 9025e and this is also updated. The Print Preview in Edge is showing a big white box and the page I want to print isn't aligned properly. This makes it impossible to be able to print a document, nor select a range of pages. My locally generated documents do not have a problem. It's only when I need to print something in Edge, as with a cooking recipe. How do I get rid of this big white box?
I have tried printing to another printer, including pdf and it does not fix the problem. I got disconnected from Chat with Microsoft Tech and I'm unable to reconnect. They apparently are having an issue.
Not sure what to do. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Thanks!
Disabling the extensions didn't help, right? Only the guest profile worked?
There is no way to repair the profile itself. The solution is to migrate to a new profile.
Yes. I did what you recommended. Browsing as a guest and printing an article was perfect! The preview window behaved like it's supposed to. So, it's something in my profile that is causing this problem. How do I fix it?
OK, try these two tests:
edge://extensions > Press Enter > Disable all your extensions > Close Edge > Open it again and try to print.Thank you for your patience. Reinstalling Edge didn't solve the problem. The print preview window is not working properly.
Thanks for details and screenshots!
