My exam instance was revoked on the first question, and it has completely disappeared from my dashboard. I have no score report or email. Please look up my account for the open Proctor Incident Report or Case ID

This is a community forum not support, contact Pearson Vue, the exam provider, https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact, for issues when taking an exam

Account lookup and case lookup are not available here.

For an online-proctored Pearson VUE exam issue:

    1. If the issue happened during the exam or within 30 minutes of waiting for a proctor, use Pearson OnVUE Support live chat.
    2. If the issue is before or after the exam, contact Microsoft Credentials support.
    3. If the exam was revoked or disappeared from the dashboard, contact Pearson VUE support and Microsoft Credentials support for review and next steps.
    4. To check whether any exam record is still available, sign in to Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam, go to Profile > Credentials > Certifications, then look under Past exams and select View details on provider site if the exam appears.
    5. If the appointment no longer appears on the Certifications page, support must review the incident and provider record.
