Hello Microsoft for Startups Support Team,

We are currently utilizing the Microsoft for Startups program, but our company verification status is currently showing as "Couldn't verify". My primary concern is that our startup credits are at risk of expiring before this verification block is resolved, which would cause significant disruptions to our ongoing backend architecture operations and deployments.

Thank you for your time and prompt assistance.

I think “Couldn’t verify” in Founders Hub is handled through the Support channel, and the practical step is simply submitting a manual‑review request with your corporate documents attached. Any alternate workflow is not publicly available.
