H0w to get recovery key for Windows 11 Pro

I understand how concerning and frustrating this situation can be, especially when your device is no longer booting and BitLocker is requesting a recovery key. Unfortunately, we cannot provide , retrieve, or email BitLocker recovery keys.

For security and privacy reasons, BitLocker recovery keys are only accessible from the location where they were saved when BitLocker was enabled.

Since you have already signed in to your Microsoft account and are seeing a blank page on the recovery key portal, I recommend you trying the following steps:

1.Sign in to the BitLocker recovery portal using the Microsoft account that was used on the PC:

2.If the portal displays a blank page after signing in:

• Try a different web browser or InPrivate/Incognito mode.
• Clear browser cache and cookies.
• Verify that you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account.
• Check whether the recovery key may have been saved under a different Microsoft account.

3.If the device was managed by a company, school, or organization, contact your IT administrator. The recovery key may be stored in:

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
• Microsoft Intune

4.Check other possible backup locations, such as:

• A printed copy of the recovery key.
• A USB drive used when BitLocker was configured.
• A saved text file containing the recovery key.

Please note that the Recovery Key ID 3C150668-BB34-4305-B795-2526F0BA0C95 is only used to identify the corresponding recovery key. It cannot be used to generate, retrieve, or recover the 48-digit BitLocker recovery key.

If the recovery key cannot be located from any of the backup locations where it was originally saved, we have no method to bypass BitLocker encryption or recover access to the encrypted data. In that case, the remaining option may be to reset or reinstall Windows, which would result in the loss of data stored on the encrypted drive.
