Wi-Fi disappeared

Wi-Fi buttons and all forms of connectivity to Wi-Fi have disappeared while using Chrome.

Airplane mode is off and greyed out and I can't turn it on.

I have tried network reset and pc restart.

Your screenshots indicate there is a problem with the Intel WiFi card drivers, the best option is to go to the support page for your G3 laptop on the Dell website on another device to download the installer for the Intel WiFi (WLAN) drivers they provide, then transfer that installer to your laptop using a USB flash drive and use the installer to reinstall the Intel WiFi drivers.
