Issue: Old profile picture still displayed on legacy Q&A posts after removal

I removed my profile picture from my Microsoft account (account.microsoft.com > Your info).

My Learn profile and the site header now correctly show my initials (KS).

However, my old picture is still displayed next to my name on my older Q&A posts.

Tested in a private window with cache cleared — the old image still appears.

Could the avatar be purged from the CDN for legacy threads?
