Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Certification Not Showing

I am writing to request assistance regarding my Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.

I passed the Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect exam on May 20, 2026. At that time, I had not yet completed the prerequisite Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant certification.

I have now passed the Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant exam on July 13, 2026, and the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate certification is currently showing as active on my certification profile.

However, despite having now passed both required exams/certifications, the Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is still not appearing on my certification profile.

Could you please review my certification record and confirm whether the Solution Architect Expert certification should now be awarded? If any additional action is required from my side, please let me know.
