Redeemed Microsoft Rewards points but did not receive $10 off Amazon coupon

Twice in recent weeks I redeemed enough points to get a $10 Amazon coupon. Neither one arrived in my Inbox. Is there a limit to how many you can receive in a specified time? Or is the Amazon coupon no longer offered? I had accumulated a lot of points and was cashing them in. If I can't get the $10 Amazon coupons, I'd like the points returned to my account.

Hi,

You can check your order history by visiting https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory.

If your redemption has been completed, you should see a View detail button where you can access the redemption URL. You should also see a Resend option if you'd like it sent to your email again.

Check the redemption in Order history first:

    1. Sign in to the Rewards page.
    2. Select Redeem > Order history.
    3. Find the Amazon reward and check Status.
    4. If it shows completed, select Resend to have the code sent again to the primary email address on the Microsoft account.

Two likely causes from the available guidance:

    • The reward may be unavailable or out of stock. Some gift cards are not always available through Microsoft Rewards, and support does not provide restock timing.
    • The order may have been cancelled. Common reasons include redeeming outside the signup region, redeeming in multiple regions, using a VPN, or using a VoIP number instead of a mobile or landline number for verification.

There is also phone verification enforcement:

    • If too many incorrect verification attempts were made, redemption is blocked for 48 hours before trying again.
    • One phone number can be associated with up to 6 Microsoft Rewards accounts per household.
    • VoIP numbers are not permitted.

If the reward is no longer listed, that does not necessarily mean it was permanently removed. Rewards can disappear temporarily and may return later.

If the order remains missing, cancelled, or stuck, use Microsoft Rewards Support: Microsoft Rewards Customer Support
