I renewed my Realms Plus subscription but it glitched out when I bought it and didn’t renew, when I restarted the game the realm was renewed but I didn’t have the Marketplace Pass.

Hi Cayden Battle

If your Realms Plus subscription renewed successfully but the Marketplace Pass benefits are missing, it may be a sync or entitlement issue.

Try these steps:

  1. Fully sign out of Minecraft, then sign back in with the Microsoft account that owns the Realms Plus subscription.
  2. Verify the subscription is active at Microsoft Account > Services & Subscriptions: https://account.microsoft.com/services
  3. In Minecraft, check whether the subscription shows as Active under Settings > Subscriptions (if available on your platform).
  4. Wait a short period and restart the game again. Subscription entitlements can sometimes take time to synchronize after a renewal.
  5. If the Marketplace Pass content still shows as unavailable, contact Minecraft Support and provide:
    • Your platform (Windows, Xbox, mobile, etc.)
    • Proof of the successful renewal
    • Screenshots showing Realms Plus is active but Marketplace Pass is missing

Contact support here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/requests/new

Because the Realm renewed correctly, this sounds like an account entitlement issue rather than a problem with the Realm itself, and since this is a public forum, no one here can have a look at your account, only Minecraft Support can verify whether the Marketplace Pass license was applied to your account.
