Issue with activating Windows 11 on new device

I bought a new pc and trying to activate windows 11 on it with my old account. It is a retail account of windows 11 pro. I do not have trhe activation key as i bought the pc pre built. When i try activating it on the new pc it show me troubleshoot and an error: obraz

Hello the error code show that product key had been blocked. This can happen when a product key gets used to many times. Once a key is used to many times Microsofty adds that key to the banned list of keys. I beleive you will need to purchace a new key. No matter what you would need to buy a new key because you can not reuse or transfer an old key to a newly purchaced computer. I explain it like this: It is like you have an old car and you try to start the new car with the old car key. It will not work.

Really, I can't reuse my retail key? I only had it on one pc. So dumb

You say the old device was pre-built. Did you pay for the retail licence as part of that purchase. Quite often a pre-built device is not really a retail licence. Just because it is linked to your account doesn't mean it has transfer rights to new hardware.

Open a Command prompt and enter slmgr /dlv [press return] and post a screenshot of the result.

Do you have a product key for Pro edition supplied as part of the old device purchase?

it says retail channel.

The last 5 characters are from a generic key (which is a retail generic key) this cannot be used to activate windows.

You cannot use that licence to activate on a new device. It is generally what is used for either a digital licence or when the free upgrade from Windows 7 or 8 was converted to a Windows 10 licence.

When the troubleshooter cannot find a licence it means there is no licence on your account that has transfer rights to new hardware.

Is the screenshot from the new device or the old one. I need to see the old device licence.
