ISV (Independent Software Vendor): A Microsoft program that helps customers adopt Microsoft Cloud solutions and drive user adoption.
Hi Wendell,
Based on the current Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program guidance, there isn't a formal reconsideration or appeal process after a Tier 2 verification denial. Your best option is to contact Founders Hub Support through the portal and ask whether your application can be manually reviewed or whether there is a recommended timeline for reapplying after strengthening your startup profile.
Since you're actively building on Azure, it's worth highlighting measurable traction such as product deployments, active users, customer validation, hackathon participation, GitHub activity, or other milestones. These signals can strengthen a future application even without VC funding or accelerator participation.
If reconsideration isn't available, ask the support team specifically what eligibility criteria or validation signals would improve your chances for a future Tier 2 review.
Please "Accept the answer" if the information helped you. This will help us and others in the community as well.
