I gave microsoft AZ-700 exam last year in November but still certificate not showing in my account

If the AZ-700 certification is missing from the Learn profile after passing the exam, use this checklist:

1. Review the credential requirements for AZ-700 on the certification details page to confirm the certification was fully earned.
2. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used. This is the most common cause when a passed exam or certification does not appear.
   • Try signing in with any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used during exam registration.
   • If the exam was booked on a shared computer or under a different sign-in session, the credential may be attached to another Learn profile.
   • The congratulations email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may be different from the sign-in account.
3. If the exam included labs, scores are passed automatically to the certification database and should appear in the dashboard within 24 hours. Since this has been much longer, support is the next step.
4. If the exam was taken through Certiport, those exams and certifications are not reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. They must be managed through the Certiport account instead.
5. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with missing credentials.

If access to the Microsoft account is also an issue, use the Sign-in Helper tool or the Microsoft account recovery options.
