My function keys are not Woking. F1 F2 F3 do not change volume

I would like to be able to change my volume on my keyboard, however the function keys are not doing anything. I am using an Asus ProArt Laptop.

    The actions associated to the function keys (F1 - F12) on a laptop are not controlled by Windows, because the actions vary from laptop to laptop, it is the laptop manufacturer that controls the actions.

    If pressing a function key does not produce the correct action, try pressing Fn + an action key.

    If that produces the correct action, press Fn + Esc to toggle the function lock on your keyboard.

    If that does not resolve the problem, boot your laptop into BIOS (F2 on the Asus logo on startup)

    In BIOS look for any setting to toggle between function keys and action/media kays.

    If you are still unable to resolve the problem, I need some more information about your exact laptop model number.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
