Unable to Complete MFA Verification When Signing in to Azure

I'm experiencing a multi-factor authentication (MFA) issue only when signing in to the Azure Portal.

During the sign-in process, I'm prompted to either:

• Approve a sign-in request in the Microsoft Authenticator app, or
• Enter a 6-digit verification code.

However:

• I never receive the approval notification in the Microsoft Authenticator app.
• The app only displays an 8-digit code, while the Azure sign-in page only accepts a 6-digit verification code.

This issue occurs only when accessing Azure. I can successfully sign in to other Microsoft services using the same account without any problems.

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my Microsoft Authenticator registration or the MFA configuration associated with my Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account? If necessary, I would appreciate assistance in resetting or re-registering my authentication methods so I can regain access to Azure.
