Hi André DI CHIARA,
I understand how frustrating this is, especially when you have a valid Microsoft account, an active Windows Insider enrollment, and are unable to download the Windows Insider Preview ISO.
Before contacting support, please try the following:
- Confirm that the Microsoft account currently signed in to the download page is the same account enrolled in the Windows Insider Program.
- Temporarily disable any VPN, proxy, privacy relay, or other location-masking service, then try again.
- Test from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to rule out a network or region-related validation issue.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Microsoft sites, or try downloading from an InPrivate/Incognito window or a different browser.
If the issue continues after these checks, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support and providing message code and transaction ID:
Please kindly note that this is a public community forum, I do not have the ability, tools to unblock, recover accounts or bypass security. Only Microsoft’s official recovery process can restore access.
