Hi André DI CHIARA,

I understand how frustrating this is, especially when you have a valid Microsoft account, an active Windows Insider enrollment, and are unable to download the Windows Insider Preview ISO.

Before contacting support, please try the following:

  1. Confirm that the Microsoft account currently signed in to the download page is the same account enrolled in the Windows Insider Program.
  2. Temporarily disable any VPN, proxy, privacy relay, or other location-masking service, then try again.
  3. Test from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to rule out a network or region-related validation issue.
  4. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Microsoft sites, or try downloading from an InPrivate/Incognito window or a different browser.

If the issue continues after these checks, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support and providing message code and transaction ID:

Hello, thank you for your reply.👍

Just so you know, I managed to resolve this Windows 11 Insider Preview update issue by performing a restore (to a previous version of Windows 11 Insider Preview).

It appears that the "Windows 11 Insider Preview" dashboard update is the cause of this problem (the items displayed on the "Windows 11 Insider" dashboard change depending on the version you want to download and install; this implies that a misconfiguration of the "Windows 11 Insider" dashboard blocks the installation of the Windows version being installed).

    Best regards,
