A collaborative workspace app in Microsoft 365 designed to help teams co-create, stay organized, and work together in real time across apps and devices.
Hello @Michael Elhamy Samy [Pharma]
Based on the image you shared, I assume this is a table created directly in Microsoft Loop, correct? If so, the options shown in your screenshot are expected.
Currently, Loop tables do not provide built-in Table Rules, Conditional Formatting, or automatic email notifications based on due dates.
I also found a Microsoft Q&A thread indicating that the Loop Rules feature was deprecated in 2025 and removed from the user interface. At this time, there does not appear to be any publicly announced replacement for this functionality. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5434257/microsoft-loop-rule-setting
If you need reminders when a due date is approaching or overdue, you may need to use another solution such as Microsoft Lists/SharePoint List together with Power Automate, where notification workflows and formatting options are available.
I understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for. As this is a user-to-user community forum, moderators do not have visibility into Microsoft’s future product plans or feature decisions.
If this functionality is important to your workflow, I encourage you to submit feedback through Microsoft Feedback portal or directly from the Loop. Feedback submitted through those channels is reviewed by the product team and may be considered for future updates and enhancements.
