Copilot AI credits left for a MS 365 Premium subscription?

On Microsoft 365 Premium, Microsoft's current guidance says Premium subscribers receive Copilot "extensive usage." Well, this is a bit vague.... Since I'm using extensively Copilot in PowerPoint I would like to know in advance how much AI credits I'm left with, before being shut down. And, as I understand it, for an entire month! This is hard for a business that can't stop for a month and needs to plan in advance! Chatbots tell that one can look this up in one's MS account pages, but I found no mention of it. Isn't there a way to check this?

Microsoft does not offer a standalone "AI Credit Balance" dashboard in personal or standard Microsoft 365 account pages. In addition, Microsoft does not disclose a fixed, concrete number of AI credits for these premium plans - instead, your usage is monitored to ensure system stability and fair access.
