Copilot keeps a profile about me and I'm unable to erase it

Copilot has been collecting information about me across multiple conversation sessions and it's unwilling to forget it, even when I explicitly ask to delete the profile, forget the profile, he still keeps it even though my memory has been wiped and personalization and memory is switched off.

I need support to clear this immediately. Can anyone reach out to me from the support to resolve this?

    If personalization is off, Copilot should forget its memories of conversations. Past conversations can still remain visible, but future responses should no longer be personalized.

    To remove what Copilot remembers and verify it:

    1. Ask Copilot: What do you know about me?
    2. Delete specific remembered items by asking Copilot to forget them, or delete everything from memory:
      • Select the profile icon
      • Select Memory
      • Select Delete all Memory
