Visio not working

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that Visio keeps prompting for a repair and is currently unusable. 

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a bit more information? 

• Which version of Visio are you using (Visio Plan 1, Plan 2, Visio Professional, Visio Standard, etc.)? 
• Are you using the desktop application or Visio for the web? 
• What version of Windows are you running? 
• Have you already tried running an Office repair :  First right click window then choose Installed app > Microsoft Visio > Modify. Then please try a Quick Repair or Online Repair? 
• Do you receive any error messages or error codes along with the repair prompt? If yes, please share a screenshot (you may hide any personal information). 
• Is this issue affecting only Visio, or are other Microsoft 365 applications such as Word or Excel experiencing similar behavior? 
• Does this happen to all the Visio file or it just happen to some specific file? 

Once we have these details, we can narrow down the cause and suggest the most appropriate troubleshooting steps.
