Pen and Windows Ink Settings are missing

I understand the problem, which is this:

I'm using an OLD wacom tablet, which is no longer supported by wacom, therefore I rely on an open source driver to use it. This wasn't a problem until now, for some reason. The problem arose from Windows taking away the settings I relied on because it doesn't recognise the open source driver, or the old wacom tablet, or both. This is one of MANY shortcomings of Windows, the big one being that I need to upgrade my computer in order to have the privilege of using Win11 just so it can include an AI that I don't want in all of my operating tasks. I especially don't want it taking a screenshot of my desktop every 5 seconds which is what Copilot does by default, nor do I want it sending my private information to Microslop. No thank you. As a result, my Win10 OS is now unsupported, as is my old wacom, etc, etc, etc. Thankfully I've found a robust solution which is that I will now completely ditch Windows and switch to a Linux OS instead. I've opted for Zorin OS because of the ease of install and the noted lack of friction the developers have focused on with its design. https://zorin.com/ It's free for the lite version, but I've given them a one-time payment for the pro version to support its development which was just $90 NZD. It comes with a suite of free open source equivalents to the MS Office suite, and there are no subscription costs anywhere. Keep in mind, Windows Pen and Ink settings were terrible when they did work, adding a white circle to my wacom pen which I had to disable every time. The advertisements on my Windows operating system (an OS that I paid for!) were also a nuisance. I can finally say good riddance to Windows. What a needlessly protracted exercise in friction it proved to be. Long live open source software.
