windows security won't open on windows 11

hi everyone
gonna keep it short
for a while now, i have been unable to open windows security in any way.
when i open it from search bar, all i get is a blank window with windows security logo
and when i open it through the settings i just get nothing after the click
i've tried countless of solution i found online, including reinstalling windows through the recovery options ("fix problems using windows update" to be specific)
i'm open to try anything now, except for a full reinstallation through a flash drive (cuz i don't have one)

To analyze the issue, please download defender_diag.bat

Right-click on the downloaded file, click Properties, select "Unblock" (if it exits), and OK. Then, run the enclosed batch file as an administrator.

@Ramesh i ran the bat file multiple times and all i got is this, before it automatically closes on its own

I forgot to add this note:

The Batch file queries Defender-related settings and outputs the results to a log file named defender.log on the desktop. Do you find that file?

Please do the following:

Download sechealthfix_windows_11.reg and move it to the C:\ root.
Download AdvancedRun from Nirsoft and run it.
Using AdvancedRun, start Regedit.exe as TrustedInstaller. (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/gZgKmrR1)
From the File menu in Regedit, choose Import..
Dismiss the following error message dialog by clicking OK:
Browse to C:\ and import the REG file (sechealthfix_windows_11.reg) you downloaded in Step 1.
Restart Windows.

Ok. Let me know if you can install the latest platform update.

Once done, run dir c:\windows\system32\securityhealth in Command Prompt and post the output.

The fix is not generic because the Platform version can vary from system to system. Or there may be other causes -- e.g., Microsoft Defender Antivirus service failing to start.

For other users who face this issue: Run defender_diag.bat and post the output so that a customized REG or fixlist.txt can be prepared.

Hi, thank you for replying. This issue occurs due to a certain KB number that is blocking the repair. To sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:

Press Windows key + X, then click Terminal (Admin)

Then copy, paste, and enter the command:
```
wusa /uninstall /kb:4562830
```
Restart the PC, then try it again.
