I recently participated in the AI Skills Fest using my company email address and subsequently received a Microsoft Certification voucher on the same email account. Thank you for providing this opportunity.

I would like to seek clarification regarding the voucher redemption process. Specifically, I would like to know:

  • Is it mandatory to redeem the voucher and schedule the certification exam using the same company email address that was used to participate in AI Skills Fest?
  • Or can I use my personal Microsoft account/email address for exam registration and certification while still redeeming the voucher received on my company email?

I would appreciate your guidance on the correct process to ensure the voucher is applied successfully and that my certification records are maintained appropriately.
