How can I change/update my name in Anthropic Pearson Vue profile?

I have scheduled an exam for “CCAR-F - Claude Certified Architect - Foundations” in July.

I have requested the team "'******@anthropic.com'; 'Certifications-support'" to update my First Name and last Name under the profile section so, the same reflects on the certificate. But there is no response / acknowledgement that someone is looking into these mailboxes. I have been following up on these mails since July 13th and in Anthropic Claude Enterprise Forum over a week now. I had rescheduled the exam already once. Your support and guidance would make a great difference.
