Robux Gift Card Failed 4 times in a row

I was redeeming my points for a Robux Gift Card until this happened. I waited like 9-14h and it says " Order Failed". I try aigan and again, but it still said "Order Failed. I'm waiting for the fifth one. Do you guys know the reasons? ( Hope to see the answer soon )

Sign out of your account, restart your device, then try signing in again.
Clearing the cache of your Bing app/browser.
Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
Using different devices and network services.

There's also a possibility that it recently went out of stock.

Unfortunately, there is no set timeframe for replenishing out‑of‑stock codes, and it may take months or years.
