Petitioning for programme extension - whom to contact ?

We have tried to reach out before, but without an answer.

We have contacted support but they were not able to help as they are not managing the programme.

We would like to discuss with someone extension of programme participation with allocated credits, as they are unspent.

As we are (still) not commercially viable startup we are dependant on this programme to continue our efforts and have a chance of success. Through the programme we were able to build/develop AI solutions and publish them on Azure and Microsoft marketplaces ( still no sales ) and would like a chance to continue participating in the programme and building on Microsoft technologies.

As our efforts have not yielded any success before, we are trying once more...
