I scheduled my AZ-900 exam using my personal email address (******@gmail.com) on 29 June.

On the exam day, I successfully completed the verification process multiple times. However, after clicking the exam link provided in the email, I was repeatedly redirected back to the verification page instead of being able to access the exam.

I continued trying for approximately 30 minutes. After that, when the exam page finally opened, it displayed an option to reschedule the exam instead of allowing me to start it.

Unfortunately, I am unable to reschedule the exam because my exam voucher has already been redeemed.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me either reschedule the exam or restore my voucher.

For an online Pearson VUE exam issue like this, use the support paths below:

    1. If the proctor connection or exam launch failed during check-in, use Pearson OnVUE Support live chat when the connection appears lost. The documented guidance says that if no proctor contact happens within 30 minutes, use Pearson OnVUE Support live chat for assistance.
    2. For issues after the exam session, contact Microsoft Credentials support.
    3. For rescheduling requests related to being unable to attend or complete the exam because of a technical or network issue, the recommended path is Pearson VUE support.
    4. If the exam does not appear correctly in the Learn profile, sign in to the Learn profile with the Microsoft account associated with the certification profile, then go to Profile > Certifications to view upcoming appointments and use Go to the exam from there. If the Learn profile cannot be accessed, try an Incognito or InPrivate browser. If that still fails, open a case with Credentials support.

For future online exam launches, the documented launch path is:

    • Sign in to the Learn profile.
    • Open Profile > Certifications.
    • Select the appointment.
    • Use Go to the exam.
    • In Pearson VUE, select the exam under Purchased Online Exams.
    • Select Begin exam to launch the exam process.
